This website is informational. It presents the GBAO permit and links to ountravela.com, where orders are placed. It does not include an order tracking tool and does not collect your identity documents. Personal data for a permit order is collected on ountravela.com, as described below.

When you order a GBAO permit (on ountravela.com), we may collect the following data to provide the service:

• Contact details: surname, first name, email address, telephone number.
• Order data: permit type, entry date, destination zones.
• Administrative data required for the permit: passport copy and identity information.
• Payment data: processed by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). Rent2Explore never has access to full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information at the time of a request.

We use your data to process and follow up your permit order, to transmit the required information to the issuing authority or local partner, to prevent fraud and secure the service, and to meet our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, retention).

Your data may be shared only with the administrative partners required to issue the permit, and with our technical providers (hosting, online payment). All partners undertake to comply with the GDPR and to delete sensitive documents within a maximum of one month of use.

• Sensitive documents (passport scans, identity data) are deleted within a maximum of one month after the permit has been issued.
• Invoicing and transaction data is kept for 5 years, in line with legal and tax requirements.
• Technical data (logs) is kept for a maximum of 13 months.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

8. Cookies

This website does not currently use tracking or analytics cookies. If such tools are added later, this policy and, where required, a consent banner will be updated accordingly.
